We primarily utilize USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and Priority Mail for domestic shipments within the USA.

Estimated delivery time: Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peak volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our brand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages

Our brand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (Lower 48, Alaska, and Hawaii).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
